Covid-19 has significantly changed the way the world operates. In this volatile and uncertain times, what is being asked of leaders across industries is also changing. Leaders who will truly make an impact and difference in this new uncertain world are those who are able to pivot and learn new skills; who emphasise employee development even when times are tough; who display honesty and integrity; and who are sensitive and understanding of the stress, anxiety, and frustration that people are feeling.
